Parents’ Guide

At Gamestacy, we care deeply about the safety of our Users. If you or your child ever face any problems with the game, you should be able to contact the right entity. In most cases, this will be us but for instance, issues regarding payments and subscriptions, unless otherwise stated, will have to be addressed to the company that processes purchases and refunds (Currently Apple and Google, please read the terms and conditions carefully for further information on this subject).

If we have missed out on anything below or there is some clarification you seek with respect to this guide, please feel free to email us at [email protected]. Please try to give us as many details about your query/ issue (screenshots, if possible) and we will try our best to resolve your problem at the earliest. We request you to send your emails in English, if possible, as this will allow us to respond to you concerns more efficiently.

Age Limits for Our Games

Unless otherwise stated, all our games are meant for adults, that means individuals who have attained the age of 18. Minors who are in between the ages of 13 and 17 can also play our games but only after their legal guardian has approved the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website

Safety Tips for Parents

We’ve added some best practice tips on how to have a safe and secure experience with Gamestacy games for you and your children. Please review them below.

  • Encourage your children to refrain from any wrongdoing while playing our games.
  • Advice your child to opt for a username (in case you have not done this for them) which does not give away any personal information to protect you and your child from the risks associated with hacking. Ask them to not opt for a username which employs foul language or is clearly offensive to anyone. Do review their selection. We at Gamestacy strive to make sure that no such username mentioned above is adopted but there may be times that a foul username is overlooked by us and in such cases, we urge Parents to keep a check for the best interests of their child and our other users as well.
  • Explain to your children that they should not give out personal details to other players.
  • Tell your children that they should not meet other players they interact with while playing our games unless accompanied by you.
  • Always monitor your child’s activities on our games from time to time and do ask them about their experiences while playing our games as this will help you to better understand if your child is at any safety risk.
  • Let your children know that they should inform you of instances of bullying, use of bad language, display of any unwanted content as well as of any invitations to meet received while playing our games. We then encourage to report these instances to us at the earliest so that we can take appropriate action. You can report the same on the feedback page of our website
  • Contact our support team if you have any questions related to privacy or online safety.
  • Set up payment restrictions on the accounts your children use.

How can I manage or turn off in-app purchases?

All of our games are free to download. Please note however that our games also offer entirely optional “in-app purchases”. These purchases are never required to play the game, but can be used to enhance some elements of gameplay.

In-app purchases are paid for with ‘real world money’, and are always clearly labelled as such. They’re accessible ‘in game’, meaning that the options to make a purchase are found within the game itself.

Important: You can easily manage the ability to make in-app purchases or disable in-app purchases completely. The way to do this depends on whether you’re using an Apple iOS device, like an iPhone or an iPad or a Google Android device. The instructions you need are in the following sections.

Apple iOS device in-app settings / Google Android device in-app settings

Who processes in-app purchases?

While Gamestacy is a publisher and developer of mobile games, it does not process payments for in-app purchases, or have access to any user’s credit/debit card information. That’s because the payment transactions themselves are completed through Apple’s App Store or Google Play (depending on your device) via your personal email address associated with that account. Receipts for these transactions are emailed to you by Apple or Google after each purchase (please note that any post-purchase processes are controlled by Apple and Google and are subject to change by them).

I have accidentally made an in-app purchase. How do I obtain a refund?

As with most downloadable software products, items bought through our games (in-app purchases) are generally non-refundable. In some special occasions there can be exceptions, however. The transaction process is controlled by Apple (for iOS devices) or Google (for Android devices), and these companies have support teams who handle refund requests.

For Apple (iOS) devices:

Visit Apple support and select the “More about subscriptions and purchases” link and choose the option that fits you best (Refund or Cancel, if applicable).

For Google (Android) devices:

Visit Google support and perform a search, or use the ‘Contact us’ button on the page (English language site only) to reach a Google customer support representative by email or by phone.

I’ve been charged for a purchase I didn’t make. What should I do if I suspect fraudulent activity?

If you have any suspicions of fraudulent transaction activity taking place on your account, you should immediately contact Apple (for iOS devices) or Google (for Android devices) who are the controllers of the transaction process.

For Apple (iOS) devices:

Visit Apple support and select the “More about subscriptions and purchases” link, then “Verify unfamiliar charges” and choose the option that fits you best.

For Google (Android) devices:

Visit Google support and perform a search, or use the ‘Contact us’ button on the page (English language site only) to reach a Google customer support representative by email or by phone.

If after contacting Apple or Google about suspected fraudulent activity you’ve been redirected back to us, please contact us via our website

Please provide us with as many specific details as possible (screenshots, if possible) and we will reply to your message as soon as possible.

I made a ‘Real World Money’ Purchase In-Game and Didn’t Receive What I Paid For. How to Proceed?

Most in-game purchases are instantly attributed to your game account. In the rare event that you do not immediately receive what you have purchased in the in-game store, please close the app and reopen it, as this forces the game to refresh and load data from the server.

If you still don’t see your purchase after 48 hours, please contact either Apple or Google directly for more information.

I’ve seen another site that offers me in-game products for games by Gamestacy. Is it safe to buy from them?

Please beware of any third-party websites that claim to gift you in-game enhancements for our products. These sites may collect your personal information, money, or both, and often never deliver the promised in-game products. If you want to make an in-app purchase, the safest way is simply to make the purchase through the game itself on your mobile device. Selling, redeeming or otherwise transferring Virtual Items or Merchandise is not permitted, as per what is written in our Terms and Conditions (kindle refer to the same at

Thank you for your support in making our games safe and secure.
